Small Loaf (half size) Red Bread Sourdough (Beet Bread)
Dark and chewy, just a tiny bit sweet from the beets, but it does not taste like beets! ...a pleasant bread. The dough is startlingly red, hence the name! Bakes to a dark brown. I find myself reaching for "just another slice"...very "moreish."
There is always one person in any group that cannot eat gluten--order one of these for your holiday bread board today!
This sourdough is a smaller version of our regular loaf--great for a smaller family or one hungry person! Available for pre-order--see below for next pickup date.
