Small loaf (half size) Agave Nectar and Oat Sourdough
This is the Lovely Assistant's favorite sandwich bread. I also like dipped in olive oil, herbs and balsamic vinegar as an appetizer before a fine meal.
This sourdough is a smaller version of our regular loaf--great for a smaller family or one hungry person!
Our lightest colored crust and fluffiest crumb!
