Large Loaf Red Bread Sourdough (Beet Bread)
Dark and chewy, just a tiny bit sweet from the beets, but it does not taste of beets!...a pleasant bread. The dough is startlingly red, hence the name! Bakes to a dark brown. I find myself reaching for "just another slice"...very "moreish."
