Large loaf Classic Multi-grain Sourdough
Dark and chewy, a nice "peasant" bread. I like to dip this bread into hummus, and it was a great bread for our turkey BLTs!

Distilled water, organic sorghum flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic brown rice flour, organic oat flour, organic millet flour, organic tapioca starch, organic pumpkin seed flour, organic sunflower seeds, olive oil, organic agave nectar, brown sugar (sugar, molasses), psyllium husk, flaxseed, sesame seeds (upon request), salt, volunteer local wild yeasts*.
